A New Digital Roadmap
for the Future

San Francisco Symphony has a history of strikinga new path and redefining the symphony experience. We’ve started a new chapter of that journey by redesigning our website and digital offerings.

We’ve been in the strategic planning phase for some time and have partnered with digital experience and branding firm, Propane, to realize that vision through a redesign our web presence, consult on our brand and positioning, and help develop our digital strategy roadmap for the next 3 years.

Our aim, as ever, is to engage our audiences as well as the people and visitors to the Bay Area and enrich their lives with music performances, knowledge,and experiences. 

Our digital platform will allow us to continue andexpand our adventurous approach to programming, leadership and educational initiatives. Our board of directors, musicians, and staff were and are all instrumental in determining the direction and futureof our digital features and content. Many subscribers, frequent guests and potential new audiences participated in Propane led focus groups to help us define our true audience needs.

We’re pleased to roll out phase one (of many to come)of our website. We’re proud of our new event discovery and ticketing flow. Stay tuned for more features and content to be delivered across the 2020-21 seasonand beyond.
