Piano Duo

Known for their adrenalized performances, original compositions, and innovative music videos, Greg Anderson and Elizabeth Joy Roe are revolutionizing the piano duo experience for the twenty-first century. The duo continues to be in high demand internationally, with an upcoming recital tour of North America, and performances in Panama and New Zealand. In the 2017-18 season they perform Poulenc’s Concerto for Two Pianos with the Hartford Symphony and Rochester Philharmonic; Mozart’s Concerto for Two Pianos, K.365 with the Missoula Symphony and Vancouver Symphony; and Bach’s Concerto in C minor for Two Keyboards with the Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra. Additionally, Elizabeth Roe performs Barber’s Piano Concerto with the Santa Fe Symphony. Recent engagements include recital tours throughout North America, East Asia, Europe, and Israel; appearances at the Carmel Bach Festival, Gilmore International Keyboard Festival, Ventura Music Festival, and Chamber Music Society of Palm Beach; and performances with the Chicago Sinfonietta, Boulder Philharmonic, and Waco Symphony. In recognition of their singular vision for the advancement of classical music, they have been invited to present at numerous international leadership symposiums. Their scores are published by Alfred Music and by Awkward Fermata Press. Their fourth collaborative album, The Art of Bach (on the Steinway label), was released in 2015, while their Emmy-nominated and self-produced music videos have been viewed by millions on YouTube. Greg Anderson and Elizabeth Joy Roe made their San Francisco Symphony debut in December 2016.
