Biography

Robyn Smith received her Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University before returning to her native Bay Area to obtain her Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory and completing her post-graduate studies at the Colburn School. She has performed with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, and San Francisco Ballet, and has appeared as a guest soloist at the Kennedy Center and the Greenfarm Music Festival. Ms. Smith won the Raymond Ojeda Award and was two-time winner of the Ruth Finley Person Etude competition. She has been featured on multiple recordings, including mezzo-soprano Sasha Cooke’s release If You Love for Beauty.
