Louise Cornillez
Making her San Francisco Symphony debut at these performances, Louise Marie Cornillez has performed with orchestras including the Atlanta Symphony, the Emory Symphony, and the Orchestre National de Lille in France. She has sung the soprano solos in Handel’s Messiah, Brahms’s A German Requiem, and Vivaldi’s Gloria, and she has also performed with Atlanta Opera, East West Players, San Gabriel Valley Music Theater, and at the Sacramento Music Circus, among others. Ms. Cornillez’s other roles include Maria in West Side Story, Diana in A Chorus Line, and Gigi in Miss Saigon, and she has also appeared in productions of Sondheim’s Passion and Sweeney Todd. She originated the role of Imelda’s Mother in the world premiere of Imelda: A New Musical.
