Alexandra Conunova was the first-prize winner at the Joseph Joachim Violin Competition in Hannover in 2012, a prizewinner at the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow and the Singapore International Violin Competition, and received a fellowship from the Borletti-Buittoni Trust in London.

Recent and upcoming performances include the Orchestre de Paris, Paris Chamber Orchestra, Insula Orchestra, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, NDR Radiophilharmonie, Bochum Symphony, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Barcelona Symphony, Orchestra Teatro Regio Torino, Sinfónica de Galicia, Orquestra Simfonica de les Illes Balears, Sinfónica de Tenerife, Janáček Philharmonic, Copenhagen Philharmonic, Aalborg Symphony, Kristiansand Symphony, Wrocław NFM Philharmonic, Belgrade Philharmonic, Mariinsky Orchestra, Russian National Orchestra, Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic, and Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony. Other invitations include the Verbier Festival, Aix-en-Provence Festival, Tivoli Festival, Ferrara Festival, and Tsinandali Festival.

Ms. Conunova recorded Prokofiev violin sonatas with Michail Liftis on the Aparté label. She plays on a ca. 1785 Giovanni Batistta Guadagnini violin, ex “Ida Levin,” on kind loan from a music lover.

Tamila Salimdjanova won first prize and the audience award at the BNDES International Piano competition in Rio de Janeiro. She also won top prizes at the Birmingham International Piano Competition, Massarosa International Piano Competition, Lagny-sur-Marne International Piano Competition, and Virtualoso Global Piano Competition in Cleveland, among others. Her solo engagements include the Radio France Festival in Montpellier (broadcast live), Festival Pianos-Folies du Touquet in France, Casalmaggiore Music Festival in Italy, and Festival de Inverno Campos do Jordão in Brazil. She has appeared in Bern Casino, Basel Casino, Salle Cortot, Steinway Hall in Hamburg, Steinway Hall in London, St Martin in the Fields, and Fresno State University.

Ms. Salimdjanova was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, into a family of musicians. She studied at the Moscow Central Music School, Moscow State Conservatory, and Royal College of Music in London. She now lives in Chicago.
