Community Chamber Concerts

Community Chamber Concerts bring the artistry of the SF Symphony to San Francisco Public Library branches and community spaces across San Francisco, free of charge.

“This educational program brings music to those who might not otherwise have access to it. It transcends cultures and barriers, offering peace in the midst of everyday struggles. It is a gift that touches every soul.”

Music in the Wards

Our musicians perform concerts for families, patients, and staff of UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital through Music in the Wards, providing beauty and connection through music.

“When members of the Symphony come to our hospital, I’m always moved by their incredible music and the way it brings people together for a moment of joy and healing. Our staff carry immense responsibilities and our patients and families face profound challenges. Their performances offer a much-needed pause, a silver lining amid the storm of hospitalization.”
