Those who have already purchased tickets to rescheduled concerts will be contacted directly when a new performance date is determined. We are asking ticket holders to hold their tickets until future dates can be confirmed.

The following options are available for those who have already purchased tickets to canceled concerts:
• Exchange your ticket(s) for any future 2019–20 or 2020–21 Season performance. All exchange fees will be waived in this situation.
• Exchange your ticket(s) for a gift certificate, which can be used at any time.
• Donate your ticket(s) and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value.
• Receive a refund for the value of the ticket(s).
Ticketholders are encouraged to consider donating the cost of their ticket/s back to the San Francisco Symphony, or to ask for a gift certificate for the value of their ticket/s. This helps support the organization as an arts nonprofit during this challenging time as we navigate the significant, ongoing impact of the COVID-19 situation.
All requests for ticket donations, exchanges, gift certificates, and refunds must be received by August 31, 2020.
