Information
Dancers, please wear jazz or ballet shoes for the audition (if you do not have these, please wear sneakers).
Voice Talent, wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your group auditions to be registered.
DANCERS
We are looking for children and teen dancers to play reindeer at a range of heights and ages.
Dancers should have some technical training and be able to be precise in their movements, with an ability to learn choreography.
VOICE TALENT
We are casting three voice narrators for these roles:
Charlie—Thoughtful, smart and a worrier. He’s a bit befuddled by the world and he has a desire to make things better.
Linus—Very bright, sincere and articulate. Sees the world clearly. He’s an optimist.
Lucy—Smart and precocious. She’s bossy and very direct and likes to be in charge but she’s not mean.

Timeframe
Rehearsals will begin around December 13, 2023, and we are aiming to keep rehearsals to after school and the weekend. The exception is when children are called for tech/orchestra rehearsal/dress rehearsal/performances. There will be four shows. The production closes on December 24, 2023.
