Continuing a beloved tradition of bringing music into the local community, the San Francisco Symphony presents two free outdoor concerts this summer in iconic parts of the city.
On July 10, the Symphony returns to the annual Stern Grove Festival to perform a program inspired by the American landscape in the idyllic oasis of Sigmund Stern Grove.
On July 24 the orchestra returns to the cruise ship terminal at Pier 27 for a waterfront performance of Shostakovich and Prokofiev amidst sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay.
Pack a picnic, grab a blanket and enjoy an afternoon of symphony music al fresco and free of charge.
