SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Pianist András Schiff returns to Davies Symphony Hall to perform with and conduct the San Francisco Symphony (SFS) in a captivating and imaginative program of music by Bach and Mendelssohn, February 14–15 & 17 at Davies Symphony Hall. A world-renowned pianist, conductor, pedagogue, and lecturer, Schiff is widely regarded as one of the foremost proponents and interpreters of the music of J.S. Bach. In these concerts, Schiff leads the SFS in three works by J.S. BachKeyboard Concertos No. 3 in D major & No. 4 in A major, which feature Schiff as soloist, and the Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D major.
