Metropolitan League

The Metropolitan League offers its members opportunities that enrich the San Francisco Symphony experience. Meeting programs often include orchestra members as well as other representatives of the larger Bay Area arts community. Each program is preceded and followed by hosted light hors d’oeuvres and beverages. The short business meetings provide informative updates on League business and volunteer opportunities throughout the Symphony organization.

Meetings are held in the Green Room of Davies Symphony Hall every second Monday of the month. The League distinguishes itself by holding evening meetings in order to accommodate members who work. Various fund raising activities are held to raise funds to support the Symphony’s education programs.
