Discover the genius of late Romantic master Gustav Mahler. Michael Tilson Thomas and the SFS present an evening of songs, chamber music, and symphonic selections spanning Mahler’s career. Hear his varied influences, from music of his Jewish ancestry to the military cadences he heard as a child.
