In one of MTT’s favorite programs of the season, Ligeti explores sound masses in his Requiem. Gabrieli was a pioneer of antiphonal music, the Renaissance's version of stereo sound! A 20th-century pioneer, Ligeti, explores sound masses in his Requiem. Renowned pianist Martha Argerich shows why she is one of the world's most incredible living performers. Her performance of Ravel's exquisite masterpiece should not be missed!
