Mid-Peninsula League

Mid Peninsula League

The Mid-Peninsula League, founded in 1973, offers its members opportunities to enrich their own San Francisco Symphony experience and represent the Symphony to others in the community.

League members meet monthly for a music-related program. League members can also enjoy a music study group and social events during the year.

The League's annual fundraiser, Symphony in Flowers, raises funds for the Symphony's education programs as well as the League's own music education program, the Ravenswood Project.

This program reaches over 400 second and third graders in the Ravenswood School District of East Palo Alto and East Menlo Park.

League members can train as docents to introduce schoolchildren to symphonic music and prepare them for a chaperoned trip to a Concerts for Kids concert at Davies Symphony Hall.
