Davies Symphony Hall is located in the Civic Center area of San Francisco, between Van Ness, Franklin, Hayes, and Grove Streets. It is easily accessible from Muni Metro (Van Ness or Civic Center stations) and BART (Civic Center station).

Through early 2016, Muni Metro construction requires early subway shutdowns, seven nights a a week, from 10 pm until the end of service at about 2 am. While the Muni subway is closed, a bus bridge will provide service between Embarcadero and St. Francis Circle to connect with rail service.
