Clyde Scott

Clyde Scott is a video director and digital artist who has created national commercials, visuals for stadium concert tours, short films, and projection design for live classical music performances. He founded Electric Sheep, a Miami Beach-based design boutique. As a staff member at New World Symphony, he worked closely with architect Frank Gehry and Gehry Partners on the integration of video and projection technology into the New World Center. Mr. Scott has directed more than eighty live high-definition simulcasts and he has also designed projections for the world premiere of Shaun Naidoo’s Sentient Weather, the US premiere of Luc Ferrari’s Sexolidad, and for performances of Cage’s The Seasons and Renga, and Antheil’s A Jazz Symphony (all with the San Francisco Symphony). Mr. Scott recently collaborated with the Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre to create nearly thirty short works of video art for performances of music by John Adams, Philip Glass, Michael Nyman, Michael Gandolfi, Arturo Márquez, and Ted Hearne.
