Amateur Music Network

Amateur Music Network (AMN) creates pathways to music-making, offering amateur musicians the means to keep singing, playing, and staying active in music throughout their lives. Founded in 2016 by recording engineer and producer Lolly Lewis, AMN connects musicians in Northern California, bringing people together to share in active musical experiences. Through its website, music workshops, and a network of partnerships with arts organizations AMN provides access, resources, and music-making opportunities for musicians to enhance their participation and grow their love for all genres of music. A natural extension of the San Francisco Symphony’s Community of Music Makers program (CoMM), AMN has built an active community of over 7,000 participants composed of a wide cross-section of the community at large.
