2016-17 SeasonComposer Steve Reich’s music is deeply enmeshed in the cultural fabric of the Bay Area, from his time at Mills College to his lasting friendship with MTT. Join the San Francisco Symphony and Grammy Award-winning ensemble Eighth Blackbird for a celebration of Reich’s innovative and rebellious music, on a concert also featuring Copland’s Eight Poems of Emily Dickinson with Soprano Susanna Phillips.
