SF Symphony concerts May 15 and 16 with Marek Janowski cancelled

SAN FRANCISCO SYMPHONY MAY 15 and 16 CONCERTS AT DAVIES SYMPHONY HALL WITH MAREK JANOWSKI CANCELLED
 
The San Francisco Symphony concerts led by conductor Marek Janowski on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. have been cancelled due to a schedule change. Janowski will conduct the other previously scheduled concerts that week, including an Open Rehearsal at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, and 8 p.m. concerts on Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18. Janowski is joined by soloists Arabella Steinbacher on violin and Alban Gerhardt on cello in Brahms’s Double Concerto. The Orchestra performs Schumann’s Symphony No. 3, Rhenish, and his Manfred Overture opens the concert program, which is unchanged.
 
Ticketholders for the Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 8 pm SF Symphony concerts may exchange their tickets for either of the other two Janowski-led concerts, on May 17 or 18. Ticket exchanges for other concerts, donations, or requests for refunds or gift certificates may also be made through the San Francisco Symphony Patron Services Office by calling 415-864-6000 Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.
