Musical inspirations: My family. Music was always a big part of our family growing up. My parents and sisters were always incredibly supportive of my singing, as is my spouse and chosen family. They just kept supporting me in taking that next step in my career.

If I were not a professional singer, I might be a: A psychologist. I feel so lucky I get to be both.

Favorite composers: Bach, Handel

Favorite vocal works: Bach's B Minor mass, Handel's L'Allegro and Messiah

Most memorable SFS performances: Beethoven marathon

When I’m not working, I enjoy: Spending time outside

Favorite things to do in the Bay Area: Have dinner with the Besties to connect and unwind, walk through the Presidio with my spouse to take in the trees, take our Godchildren on an adventure to the park or local attraction, and take a journal to the Japanese Tea Garden to reflect and relax.

Anything else you'd like to share? I am so proud to be a part of the UCSF Infant-Parent Program by day and a musician by night. I am thrilled to be on board with SFSC this year — a long-term goal of mine. I am also grateful to sing regularly with Capella SF and American Bach Soloists.
